We’re looking for an experienced, highly creative, and strategic Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager to elevate our brand, drive growth, and optimize our online sales channels.

Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager to lead and execute Ovalware’s digital marketing and e-commerce strategy. This role is critical in enhancing our online presence, scaling revenue growth, and deepening customer engagement across multiple digital platforms. You will be responsible for managing paid advertising, SEO/SEM, e-commerce operations, conversion rate optimization, and data-driven performance marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong analytical mindset, deep knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce best practices, and a passion for driving measurable results.

What Are We Looking For?

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, preferably in the consumer goods or DTC space.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through digital advertising, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and CRO.
  • Experience managing Google Ads, and Meta Ads. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo, and other e-commerce tools.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategies that enhance customer acquisition, conversion rates, and retention.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with creative, sales, and product teams.
  • Passion for the coffee industry or specialty consumer products is a plus.

What Will You Do?

E-Commerce Strategy & Optimization

  • Lead and execute growth strategies to optimize Ovalware’s e-commerce performance, with a focus on Shopify and our website.
  • Manage and enhance conversion funnels, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimized checkout process.
  • Leverage analytics to refine the customer journey and improve customer retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with product development and customer service teams to align e-commerce initiatives with business goals

Digital Marketing & Performance Advertising

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies across Google, Meta, Amazon PPC, and other digital platforms.
  • Optimize marketing spend based on data-driven insights to maximize ROAS and customer lifetime value.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies for ads, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
  • Oversee email marketing automation, segmentation, and personalization to drive engagement and sales.

SEO, Content, and Brand Growth

  • Drive organic growth through content marketing, influencer partnerships, and SEO-driven initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to ensure consistent brand messaging across digital channels.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep Ovalware’s strategy innovative.

Data & Performance Analytics

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports on campaign effectiveness.
  • Use data insights to continuously optimize marketing and e-commerce strategies.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities.
