About the company
Client is a Series B startup developing cutting-edge B2B tools, with a focus on simplifying complex processes for developers. We are seeking a highly skilled and user-centered Senior UX Designer to help us create an exceptional new product, geared toward B2B developer tools.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team for a 6-month contract. You will be working on the development of a new B2B product aimed at improving the developer experience. Your role will involve designing user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that ensure a seamless user experience, while also mentoring junior designers on the team. If your performance exceeds expectations, there’s potential for a full-time conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the product team to design UX for a new B2B developer tool
- Create user-centered designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows
- Work closely with engineers and stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented effectively
- Participate in user research to understand pain points and iterate designs
- Ensure all designs are optimized for usability and functionality
Qualifications and Skills:
- Senior-level experience in UX design (preferably 5+ years)
- Proficient in Figma for wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
- Experience with B2B developer tools or similar products
- Experience with chatbots, AI assistants, or IDEs is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work remotely with a 4-5 hour overlap with Tokyo
