Your Role: Designing for a Sustainable Tomorrow
As a UX Designer, you will be at the forefront of creating exceptional user experiences that drive innovation in the e-mobility sector. You will collaborate with experts across multiple disciplines to design, optimize, and enhance digital solutions, ensuring they are user-friendly, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Innovation: Develop intuitive user experiences for digital products, including EV charging networks and smart grid management.
- User Research & Testing: Employ user research methods to plan, conduct, analyse and test designs based on real user feedback.
- Design System Management: Evolve and maintain our Tokenized Design System to ensure consistency and scalability across platforms.
- Collaboration & Agile Development: Work within an Agile team using Azure DevOps, integrating UX best practices into product development.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data visualization tools like PowerBI to analyze user behavior and inform design strategies.
- Accessibility & Inclusivity: Ensure compliance with European accessibility standards, creating designs that are user-friendly for all.
- High-Fidelity Prototyping: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final high-fidelity designs to communicate UX concepts effectively.
- Strategic Thinking: Advocate for a user-first approach while aligning design efforts with business goals and market trends in e-mobility.
