Job Description

Invicta Solutions Ltd. is hiring a skilled Full Stack Angular Developer (Backend Focus) with a strong backend focus to lead a team of software engineers. This role is for a USA-based client, a globally integrated people mobility service solutions company with operations across multiple continents. If you’re a hands-on problem solver with strong debugging skills and excellent communication, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you will lead user-centric product design initiatives, collaborating closely with engineers, the Chief Product Officer (CPO), and the CEO to deliver an exceptional product experience.

📌 Work Hours: 5 PM – 2 AM (Bangladesh Time)

📌 Workdays: Monday to Friday

📌 Location: Remote (Client-Based in USA)

📌 Compensation: BDT 150,000 – 250,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of software engineers, ensuring high-quality development and adherence to best practices.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain Angular-based applications, with a strong emphasis on backend services.
  • Work with .NET Core, Entity Framework, and RESTful Webservices to build scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues independently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver robust solutions.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps, GIT, Visual Studio, and VSCode for efficient development and deployment.
  • Maintain high coding standards, optimize performance, and follow security best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience, including team management.
  • Excellent communication skills—fluent in English with clear articulation.
  • Full Stack Development experience, preferably with a backend focus.
  • Expertise in Angular 13+ and/or React.
  • Strong proficiency in .NET Core, Entity Framework, and RESTful Webservices (WebAPI or ServiceStack).
  • Solid knowledge of SQL Server (Tables, Triggers, Stored Procedures, etc.).
  • Experience with jQuery and Bootstrap.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Azure DevOps, GIT, Visual Studio, and VSCode.
  • Bonus (Nice to Have): Experience with MS Azure (Redis, Azure Storage, SendGrid, ServiceBus, Azure Functions), Familiarity with MassTransit.
