About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team and spearhead our online presence across various social platforms.

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is deeply enthusiastic about staying abreast of social media trends, possesses an intimate understanding of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube, and boasts a blend of strong analytical and creative prowess.

Primary Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Curation:

• Develop captivating and shareable content tailored to each platform's unique audience.
• Collaborate with our design team to curate visually stunning graphics, images, and videos that enhance brand storytelling.

Strategy Development:

• Create and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.

Audience Engagement & Community Management:

• Foster meaningful interactions with followers, responding to comments and messages promptly.
• Implement strategies to increase audience engagement and community growth.

Campaign Management:

• Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests on Instagram and Facebook.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on social media performance periodically.
• Provide regular reports with key metrics and insights to measure the success of campaigns.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with influencers, partners, and other stakeholders to amplify brand reach.

Email Marketing:

• Developing, executing, and managing email marketing campaigns to enhance audience engagement and drive conversions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a track record of successful social media campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms and emerging trends.
• Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Experience in Twitter, TikTok and YouTube will be preferred.
• Proven experience in creating and executing email marketing campaigns.
• SEO and PPC experience will be a plus.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Interpersonal and Soft Skills:

• English proficiency is a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills fostering effective collaboration and clear conveyance of ideas.
• Advanced analytical abilities for in-depth data and social media performance metric analysis.
• Self-organized and able to work with minimal supervision.
