About Us
At Sprinter Health, we're focused on dramatically expanding access to healthcare by reimagining the patient experience—delivered at home and powered by technology for scale.
Sprinter Health is building the clinical and technological infrastructure to realize a future of healthcare untethered. We have a rapidly growing team of visionary leaders who are passionate about increasing access to care, lowering healthcare costs, and improving outcomes for patients.
We’re backed by prominent VC’s, advised by a medical board of industry leaders, and led by former executives, physicians, and engineers from Google, Facebook, Labcorp, and Disney.
About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to manage the end-to-end Supplemental Data Source (SDS) file creation and QA process. The ideal candidate will have experience handling large datasets, troubleshooting and debugging data-related issues, and ensuring data accuracy for healthcare partners. This role involves managing data from multiple sources, adhering to strict process flows, and performing repetitive tasks with precision.
A Day in the Life in this Role
- Your day will involve extracting and compiling data from sources such as Quest, Labcorp, and other labs into required formats. Performing data imports, validations, and resolving errors for seamless integration into the database. Maintaining and following structured workflows for the biweekly or monthly creation of SDS files.
- You will be deeply involved in quality assurance by executing QA processes for lab and non-lab data files using compare scripts and other tools. You will investigate and resolve discrepancies in data, including duplicates, missing values, and coding errors all to ensure compliance with Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) submission standards.
- While performing quality assurance, you will also be analyzing error messages and debugging issues related to data imports and QA processes.
- You will work with cross-functional teams to address flagged issues and refine processes.
- Maintaining meticulous documentation of processes, errors, and resolutions for internal and external audits will be a part of your day.
- You will present regular updates and optimize SOPs related to data management and QA workflows.
- This is a Quality Assurance role focused on validating data accuracy and consistency in spreadsheets (not software testing or automation QA).
Skills and Requirements
- At least 2 years of previous experience working as a Medical Assistant or related role in a primary care setting
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including experience with formulas and large data sets.
- Familiarity with data management and validation processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow strict workflows and manage repetitive tasks effectively.
- Strong investigative skills to troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

- Flexibility, humility, and a sense of humor are your key personality traits
- You are a strong and personable communicator
- You excel at last minute problem solving and out of the box thinking
- You are highly organized and love to follow a process
