Job Description

Job Title: Brand Manager, M-150 Energy Drink

Department: Marketing

Reports To: Head of Marketing (Vietnam)

Location: Remote/ Vietnam

Job Summary:

The Brand Manager will be a key player in driving the continued growth and success of the M-150 brand. This role is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, increase market share, and drive consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement annual brand plans aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Define and manage brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure brand performance.

Marketing Campaign Management:

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across zvarious channels (e.g., digital, social media, events, sponsorships).
  • Manage campaign budgets and timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., creative agencies, event activation agency, POSM Production House, media partners…) to ensure effective campaign implementation.
  • Analyze campaign results and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.

Communication & Stakeholder Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (e.g: agency, distributors, retailers, consumers).
  • Effectively communicate brand strategies and initiatives to internal and external audiences.
  • Represent the M-150 brand at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of brand management experience, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of brand management principles and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with BTL – 60% (Trade Activation, Promotion, Sampling) & ATL – 40% ( KV, TVC, digital marketing and social media strategies)
  • Experience in the energy drink or beverage industry in Vietnam.
