What Youll Do
Growth Strategy Development:
- Own and execute a growth marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across Europe and the US.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact marketing campaigns using data and experimentation.
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive leads into the funnel and convert them into opportunities.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify best practices and new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Scaling Paid Ads:
- Design and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and other high-performing platforms.
- Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, targeting, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
Data-Driven Insights:
- Monitor, measure, and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, MQLs, SQLs, and NRR.
- Use data to inform decision-making and continuously refine strategies.
AI-Driven Marketing:
- Leverage AI tools to optimize campaign workflows, personalize user experiences, and automate repetitive tasks.
- Analyze data and results to identify emerging trends and quickly adapt strategies.
Content Flywheel Mastery:
- Build and scale a high-performing content engine that fuels SEO, social media, and demand generation.
- Create and repurpose content across multiple formats (blogs, videos, infographics) to drive inbound growth.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Engineering, to ensure alignment on growth goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team (digital, content, and demand generation) with clear KPIs and a culture of accountability and experimentation.
Who You Are
Experienced Growth Leader:
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or similar roles in high-growth SaaS companies operating in international markets.
- Proven track record of scaling companies from $10M to $100M ARR.
Paid Media Expert:
- Extensive experience managing large-scale paid ad campaigns, with deep knowledge of ad platforms like Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn Ads, Gartner Digital Markets, and TikTok.
- Expertise in keyword and bidding strategies, landing pages, and audience segmentation.
Content and SEO Savvy:
- Proven ability to build content ecosystems that drive inbound traffic and organic growth.
AI Enthusiast:
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in marketing, from chatbots to content generators, and a passion for staying ahead of the curve.
CRM Expert & Data-Driven Decision Maker:
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools.
- Experience working with HubSpot CRM for managing leads, creating workflows, and reporting. Familiarity with HubSpot CMS is highly desirable.
Global Perspective:
- Familiarity with international markets, particularly Italy, France, the UK, Spain, and the US.
- Fluent in English; additional fluency in French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.
