Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement consumer marketing campaigns that engage clients and support the successful launch of our platform.
  • Create educational resources, such as videos and guides, to assist clients in navigating our platform effectively during all stages of implementation.
  • Provide personalized consultations to key clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations tailored to their unique needs.
  • Assemble comprehensive welcome packages to ensure clients are well-equipped for a successful start.
  • Conduct client segmentation analysis to understand distinct value propositions and enhance product usage through targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote the adoption of underutilized features and increase overall platform engagement.
  • Participate in campaigns aimed at driving awareness and usage of new monetization tools.
  • Gather insights and success stories to showcase client achievements through testimonials and case studies, contributing to advocacy programs.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong capacity for relationship building across diverse teams.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with a strong aptitude for developing innovative solutions for clients.
  • Experience in customer segmentation is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with video editing software is considered a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial technology sector, demonstrating expertise in marketing.

  • Competitive base salary (paid semi-monthly) within the range of \(125,000 - \)140,000.
