Job Description
We are Alfafam, a US-based Management Consulting Company offering services locally and worldwide.
Our primary objective is to facilitate the growth of businesses within the United States by providing comprehensive support in management, operations, budgeting, marketing, hiring, and onboarding processes.
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of project management (PM) or customer relationship management (CRM) systems. This role involves managing all phases of the implementation process, including analysis, planning, execution, and training, while ensuring that deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to gather project requirements and access needs.
- Analyze existing workflows, tools, and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop a project plan with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Oversee and execute the full system setup, configuration, and optimization of PM or CRM tools.
- Standardize system structures, naming conventions, and workflows for consistency.
- Map and document optimized workflows and processes using tools like Miro.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Blueprints for critical tasks.
- Integrate tools and systems to enhance functionality and communication.
- Implement automations to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.
- Create and manage repositories for templates and guidelines to streamline operations.
- Provide training and support to stakeholders, including creating instructional materials and conducting workshops.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, making iterative improvements as needed.
- Conduct regular check-ins with stakeholders to gather feedback and address concerns.
- Track resource utilization and manage reporting to ensure accountability.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all implementation processes and decisions.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning through knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Evaluate completed projects for lessons learned and areas of improvement in order to continually enhance the agency's processes and capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, and in project management.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) coupled with the ability to empathize with client concerns.
- Experience using and implementing PM systems (such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Jira, Trello, Wrike, Notion)
- Experience using and implementing CRM systems (such as Salesforce, Hubspot, GHL).
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Miro) and documentation techniques.
- Expertise in workflow optimization, process automation, and system integration.
- Analytical mindset to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The Details:
This position is full-time, and remote from Monday to Friday.
Standard work hours are 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST (New York time zone).
The salary range for this is dependent on location, experience, and skills.
