Senior Product Manager – REF 21 – 33

Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our company. You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams, and driving our product vision forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dealing directly with clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap, including feature prioritization, release planning, and user research
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to develop and launch new products
• Work closely with clients to gather feedback and incorporate it into product development
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch maintenance
• Communicate product status, progress, and issues to senior management and stakeholders
• Continuously monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve user engagement and retention

Required Experience & Knowledge

• Solid experience in product management
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from ideation to launch
• Strong experience working directly with clients and gathering feedback to improve products
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
