New Relic is looking for an experienced Global Partner Program Manager to play a crucial role in supporting our Global Channel Chief. You will be working with global GTM leaders to drive operational excellence and enablement across our Partner organization.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with leadership to define, develop, and deliver on our Partner strategy. Includes both annual and long term planning for our partner programs
  • Drive impactful process improvements and overall Partner strategy through the initiation of ideas, cross-functional alignment, and execution of change management.
  • Develop, define, build content and implement sales strategy aligned to global strategy and enabled by several cross-functional initiatives
  • Represent the Partner organization through coverage models
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and desired business outcomes and translate them into impactful programs to improve customer value
  • Establish operational cadence and rhythm around setting targets and monitoring progress
  • Establish relationships across the organization to drive cross functional alignment, specifically with GTM, Product Management and Engineering. Extend alignment across other organizations to amplify alliance, improve collaboration and reduce duplication to effectively execute on company strategy
  • Identify and prioritize areas for execution and operational improvement
  • Help lead impactful business meetings (QBRs, leadership, and all hands meetings)

This role requires

  • 10+ years relevant work experience with an Enterprise or SaaS software provider
  • 5+ years experience in building and leading successful Partner teams
  • Demonstrated capability to lead change with executives across functions and geographies
  • Experience leading through and execute cross functional initiatives
  • Ability to bring alignment, negotiate and guide stakeholders to drive projects to completion
  • Outstanding communications skills, with the ability to present effectively to C-level executives and field teams in both one-on-one and group settings
  • Demonstrated experience creating content and designing processes that scale
  • Previous hands on technical application performance management experience in customer facing roles across Services, Partners, or other go-to-market functions
  • Strong understanding of the services, partners and customer organizations.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a high-growth, dynamic environment
  • Deep analytic skills, and ability to hone in on key data, derive and communicate insights
  • Experience in Application Performance Technology services is a plus

Bonus points if you have

  • Master’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Computer Science, or associated fields
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other SaaS CRM systems
  • Understanding of consumption go-to-market models, business metrics and growth standard methodologies

The pay range below represents a reasonable estimate of the on target earnings (salary plus target sales incentives) for the listed position. This role is eligible for a commission plan (as defined in the sales incentive plan document) and a competitive equity package. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant’s skills, qualifications, and experience.

Estimated On-Target Earnings Range

$260,000 - $326,000 USD

The pay range below represents a reasonable estimate of the salary for the listed position. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant’s skills, qualifications, and experience.

Estimated Base Pay Range

$182 - $228 USD
