Description

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Center of Excellence to lead initiatives that drive KPI and process excellence critical for success across our organization. This role is pivotal in fostering alignment and collaboration across multiple teams that impact our customers. The ideal candidate will champion strategic programs, capacity planning, journey mapping, and change management strategies, bridging changes with adoption excellence for maximum impact.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic programs that drive operational excellence and elevate organizational KPIs.
  • Foster cross-functional alignment by interlocking with various functions such as Services, Onboarding, Implementation, Support and others to identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and implement capacity planning models to optimize resource allocation and scalability.
  • Lead customer journey mapping initiatives to identify pain points, streamline processes, and enhance customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with teams to design and execute impactful change management strategies.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership, offering insights, recommendations, and risk mitigation strategies for ongoing initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level communications, including reports, dashboards, and presentations to track program success and inform decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic program leadership, preferably within customer success, operations, or a related function.
  • Proven track record of leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives at scale.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to turn data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Expertise in capacity planning, customer journey mapping, and change management strategy development.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive organizational alignment.
  • Experience with governance frameworks and project management methodologies.
  • Adept at using program management tools and platforms.

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $154,100 - $231,100, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for bonus of 20%. If you are hired at Payscale, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).
