Job Title: Marketing Operations & Executive Assistant

Salary: R28,000 per month

Fully remote role, based in South Africa

Working Dubai hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Start date: 3rd March 2025

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing Operations & Executive Assistant to support business expansion. This role is pivotal in managing marketing processes, overseeing podcast production, coordinating webinars, and ensuring seamless course administration. The successful candidate will also act as a trusted assistant, handling various administrative tasks, software implementations, and stakeholder communications. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to work closely with the founder, contributing to business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee marketing operations, including scheduling and managing newsletters, podcasts, and webinars.
  • Handle podcast editing, audio/video processing, and content distribution.
  • Manage LinkedIn content, engagement, and personal branding strategies.
  • Coordinate and administer course invitations, follow-ups, and onboarding processes.
  • Set up and manage webinar logistics, technical requirements, and participant communications.
  • Represent the founder in meetings, software demos, and other key engagements.
  • Implement and manage new software tools for business efficiency.
  • Provide executive assistant support, including diary management, task coordination, and email handling.
  • Assist with additional ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing operations, executive assistance, or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Experience with content creation, social media management, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in video/audio editing and familiarity with webinar platforms.
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable appearing on video and engaging in personal branding activities.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to implement and manage new software solutions.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a suitable workspace.
