The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive demand generation tactics to drive qualified leads and revenue growth. This role involves conducting market research and competitive analysis to shape messaging and campaign strategies, while continuously testing and adjusting tactics to drive innovation and improve results. The manager will collaborate closely with the sales team to define target audience segments and ensure alignment with sales goals. Key responsibilities include designing customer journey maps, managing direct mail campaigns in new markets, and executing CTV campaigns. Additionally, the role will involve monitoring KPIs, analyzing performance data, and providing insights to stakeholders to optimize customer acquisition efforts and brand awareness. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns that support the overall business objectives.
Essential Job Functions:
•Develop and execute demand generation tactics to drive qualified leads and revenue growth.
•Conduct market research and regular competitive analysis to inform demand generation strategies and messaging.
•Continuously test and iterate on demand generation tactics to improve results and drive innovation.
•Collaborate with the sales team to define target audience segments, and campaign objectives, ensuring alignment with sales goals and priorities.
•Creates and designs detailed customer journey maps to optimize demand generation strategies, ensuring seamless experiences across all touchpoints and aligning messaging with customer needs at each stage of the funnel.
•Develops and manages the strategy and execution of new market direct mail campaigns, including targeting, creative development, distribution, and performance analysis to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness in key markets.
•Manages and executes CTV (Connected TV) campaigns including strategy development, campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking to ensure effective delivery and meet GoNetspeed’s goals.
•Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, providing regular reporting and insights to key stakeholders.
•Manage and implement promotional catalog initiatives and communications
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
•Partners closely with the marketing operations and creative teams to collaboratively execute campaigns and reporting, ensuring smooth execution, precise tracking, and ongoing optimization of marketing initiatives to drive enhanced performance.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving customer engagement
•Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that have driven significant revenue growth
•Excellent analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data, generate insights and translate it into actionable changes
•Results-oriented with experience using qualitative and quantitative metrics with a focus on revenue, conversion, sales, and other marketing goals.
•Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field required; master's degree preferred.
•6-8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on demand generation and knowledge of digital campaigns, with 2 years of experience managing a team
