Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Director to lead our digital marketing strategies and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong expertise in Facebook Ads, a proven track record in managing teams, budgets, and campaign performance, and the ability to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-level marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and business impact.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient execution of marketing plans.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation to achieve business objectives.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Design teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

✔️ 28 years or older.

✔️ Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Facebook Ads.

✔️ Proven experience in budget management and campaign performance optimization.

✔️ Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and strategic planning.

✔️ Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

✔️ Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or technology-related industries is a plus.
