The work to be done

Growth Strategy & Experimentation

  • Lead growth marketing strategy across paid media, CRM, A/B testing, and acquisition funnels.
  • Develop and execute testing roadmaps to optimize onboarding, engagement, and retention.
  • Identify and test high-impact growth opportunities through rapid experimentation.
  • Work closely with product and engineering to drive iterative, data-backed improvements.

User Acquisition & Retention

  • Optimize ad targeting, funnel conversion, and paid media strategies to maximize growth.
  • Improve user onboarding flows and trigger strategies to enhance engagement.
  • Collaborate with the product team to drive activation and habit formation within the app.

Data Analysis & Performance Optimization

  • Own growth analytics, measuring KPIs across acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Analyze marketing and product data (Google Sheets, Excel, Looker, GA4) to inform strategy.
  • Build reports and dashboards to track attribution, campaign performance, and LTV.

Content Amplification & Sales Enablement

  • Drive content amplification through paid channels, webinars, partnerships, and PR.
  • Optimize B2B lead generation and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns.
  • Support sales efforts by analyzing CRM and pipeline data to improve conversions.

Technical Marketing & Integrations

  • Oversee technical integrations across platforms (ad tech, analytics, CRM, and attribution tools).
  • Partner with the product team to ensure seamless data flow between marketing and product.
  • Lead the implementation of CRM tools and automation for lead tracking and follow-ups.

Desired Background And Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong data analysis skills (Google Sheets, Excel, SQL is a plus).
  • Experience with A/B testing, user segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Familiarity with paid media (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics (GA4, Looker, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
  • Passion for high-tempo experimentation and continuous iteration.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally between marketing, product, data, and engineering.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, startup environment where priorities shift quickly.

Preferred

  • Experience with mobile apps and associated campaigns + analytics
  • Knack for Design, Copy Writing, Website Upkeep
  • Passion for population health and a desire to contribute to improving wellness at scale through impactful marketing strategies.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, and is based on a number of factors including but not limited to market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The base pay for this position ranges from $80,000/year, up to $100,000/year, plus benefits, bonus, and equity.
