Job Description
CoreView is seeking a proactive Field Marketing Director to lead the orchestration and execution of marketing campaigns in the USA.
The Field Marketing Director will be at the heart of driving CoreView's regional marketing strategy and will be instrumental in delivering end user campaigns, coordinate channel marketing activities and customer marketing initiatives.
Their mission will be to align and work closely with the Regional Sales Team, the Marketing Team, as well as stakeholders across the business and the industry to develop a marketing plan aimed at achieving our MQL numbers, opportunities and pipeline. We’re looking for a motivated marketer who flourishes in finding new and better ways to work and is ready to run and develop agile pilots that drive demand and increase awareness of our product portfolio, collaborating with experts in Paid Media, Revenue Operations, Events, Sales, and the CoreView Community.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and execute the US Field Marketing strategy aimed at driving pipeline growth.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team to enhance field marketing efforts.
- Utilize reporting tools to communicate performance metrics of marketing activities and campaigns to sales and marketing stakeholders, ensuring alignment with agreed targets.
- Lead the development of data-driven integrated field marketing programs in partnership with other marketing team members and channel partners, to effectively reach target audiences.
- Execute hands-on marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including resellers, distributors, vendors, and industry organizations.
- Develop and implement measurement plans to evaluate the effectiveness of field marketing programs, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize performance.
- Ensure all field marketing activities are in harmony with CoreView's mission and core values, reinforcing brand consistency across all channels.
- Travel as needed (5 - 10%), including travel to the US and EU.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an emphasis on marketing is preferred.
- Proven experience managing a team, including regional field marketing managers or coordinators.
- Significant experience in delivering SaaS marketing strategies, particularly in driving lead generation and channel marketing initiatives.
- Strong background in building and executing successful marketing strategies, closely aligned with sales objectives.
- Experience with demand generation, focusing on regional, multi-touch, integrated campaigns that have yielded measurable results.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously while effectively communicating with remote management.
- Working knowledge of marketing and analytics tools such as Hubspot and Salesforce.
- Demonstrable curiosity, creativity, and strategic thinking skills with a strong ability to make data-driven decisions.
