THE OPPORTUNITY

NavVis is seeking a talented and proactive Integrated Campaigns Manager to elevate our marketing efforts to new heights. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic planning, and strong project management skills to execute innovative and effective i ntegrated campaigns that generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for targeted audiences. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a keen ability to translate complex product insights into compelling marketing deliverables, ensuring proper messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel campaigns.

 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Develop and execute comprehensive, integrated, cross-channel, multi-touch marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Strategy and Product Marketing team, focusing on the right messaging for different platforms and on a targeted global audience segmentation
  • Translate internal strategic directives into actionable campaign elements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands, and identifying areas for improvement
  • Ideate, help create, and oversee the production of a variety of campaign assets and content, including landing pages, advertisements, whitepapers, eBooks, email nurture sequences, and other top to bottom funnel resources
  • Work closely with the Marketing-team internal brand and design team, content team, and our team responsible for website and ad operations to coordinate asset creation for all campaign elements, ensuring timely completion and placement in line with the brand and audience directive
  • Actively identify and address any critical issues in planning or execution, working with colleagues to devise and implement alternative solutions
  • Work closely with the Marketing Operations team to conduct continuous analysis of campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to planning and execution as necessary
  • Brief, gather feedback, guide, and collaborate daily with a team of both onsite and remote colleagues to produce high-quality marketing resources focused on the needs of the right audience and target personas

 

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Fluency in English (C2 / native-like speaker level) to a llow for the eff ective creat ion of high-quality content in English
  • Proven experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in a technology or B2B environment
  • Strong project or program management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines and changing requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively guide remote and onsite teams and interact with all stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience in creating concrete marketing concepts and producing various marketing materials is essential
  • A strong understanding of the customer journey and the different marketing channels in a B2B context, best leveraged in an integrated campaign approach
  • Previous experience with marketing automation and CRM software, especially HubSpot, is preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in A/B testing, experiment design, and campaign analysis (attribution reporting) is desirable
