Job Summary:
We’re looking for a sales-focused Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) with deep experience in SaaS and AI to lead The Client’s revenue growth. You’ll be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing sales team, owning go-to-market strategy, and driving new business across enterprise and mid-market segments. Your knowledge of the AI landscape and how to sell AI-driven products will be key to helping us grow faster and smarter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all revenue-generating functions with a focus on enterprise and B2B SaaS sales.
- Build and execute a clear sales strategy to drive predictable, scalable ARR growth.
- Hire, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team focused on acquisition and expansion.
- Shape messaging, value propositions, and sales playbooks for AI and machine learning products.
- Position the platform as a leader in AI, tailoring the sales approach for technical and non-technical buyers.
- Identify high-impact AI use cases by vertical and drive targeted sales campaigns.
- Partner with customer success to drive upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and reduce churn.
- Build strong relationships with key customers to ensure continued value from AI solutions.
- Own sales KPIs, pipeline performance, forecasting, and revenue metrics.
- Implement tools and processes to improve sales efficiency and conversion rates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Finance to align goals and execution.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3+ years in a senior revenue or sales leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth for AI or data-driven SaaS products.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, market trends, and how to sell AI solutions to enterprise customers.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Experience with revenue operations, CRM tools, and data-driven decision-making.
