Job Description

At Fullscript, we’re not just changing healthcare—we’re making it whole.

We help 100,000+ healthcare practitioners support 10 million patients with a platform that delivers evidence-based health solutions, diagnostic support, and practitioner tools—all in one place.

Healthcare today is disconnected. We’re fixing that. Fullscript makes it easier for practitioners to treat the whole person, not just symptoms, so patients get the support they need—when they need it.

We’re building a better way—one where healthcare is connected, complete, and built for impact.

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts targeting Enterprise prospects and accounts, including hospital systems and clinic networks. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our sales, product, product marketing, and medical education teams to develop and execute personalized marketing strategies that drive engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue from high-value accounts. We have stood up the basics, but we’re looking for someone who can own and transform the program from 1 to 100.
What You'll Do:
  • ABM Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive ABM strategies that align with Fullscript’s business objectives, focusing on demand generation and deal acceleration within strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, product marketing, and medical education teams to identify target accounts, develop personalized content, and ensure cohesive execution of ABM campaigns.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel ABM campaigns, utilizing tactics such as personalized content, digital advertising, webinars, and events to engage key decision-makers within target accounts. Leverage AI to improve efficiency in all parts of the process.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze ABM campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders, and optimizing strategies based on data-driven findings.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on target accounts to understand their business needs, pain points, and decision-making processes, ensuring that ABM initiatives are highly relevant and impactful.
  • Team Leadership: While this role will not have direct reports to start, our vision is for this team to grow as we grow the Enterprise pipeline, so experience in developing and growing a team is a plus.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Experience: 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on account-based marketing or demand generation within the technology and/or healthcare sectors. Having past success acquiring and growing the accounts of hospital systems and/or clinic networks is a major plus.
  • Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to develop and execute effective ABM strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance client engagement.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in analyzing marketing data and metrics to assess campaign performance and inform decision-making.
  • Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and present complex information clearly to stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with marketing automation platforms (Iterable), CRM systems (Salesforce), and AI (ChatGPT, Gemini) tools is highly desirable.
Why You'll Love Fullscript:
  • Market competitive compensation package including equity
  • RRSP matching (within CAD)
  • Flexible PTO policy
  • Flexible benefits package and additional perks
  • Employee discount on Fullscript catalog of products for family & friends
  • Ability to Work Wherever You Work Well*
