Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and dedicated Global Channel Marketing Lead to cultivate and oversee strategic partnerships with our international collaborators. This is an exceptional opportunity to influence and implement successful partner marketing initiatives while engaging with prestigious names in technology, such as public cloud providers (Amazon, Google, Microsoft), hardware manufacturers (Dell, HP, Lenovo), and semiconductor companies (ARM, Intel, Nvidia).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Partner Marketing Managers to enhance channel sales via integrated marketing strategies across various industries including system integrators, public cloud, device manufacturers, and semiconductors.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with partner sales, channel, and marketing teams to maximize product, service, and technology sales potential.
  • Gain and apply a comprehensive understanding of partner business strategies and goals to drive alignment and growth.
  • Develop persuasive messaging and strategies that foster synergies across all partner categories, employing product marketing tactics to facilitate impactful collaborations.
  • Ensure cohesive marketing efforts across partnerships, accurately reflecting the brand and its value proposition.
  • Drive innovation and initiatives to elevate awareness and business prospects by leveraging the strengths of both our organization and our partners.
  • Establish systems and metrics to continuously evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated expertise in B2B marketing with an emphasis on channel-focused initiatives.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software, SaaS, or silicon industries is advantageous.
  • Strong relationship management capabilities, particularly in collaborating with customers and partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess opportunities and evaluate the ROI of programs and investments.
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative and compelling results.
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset able to tackle challenges with creativity.
  • Hands-on approach with a willingness to engage directly in tasks to achieve objectives.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, self-directed work environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel marketing or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
