Responsibilities

  • Implement advanced, programmatic SEO initiatives, to leverage commercial intent, product visibility, and performance-driven optimization while using data-driven insights to uncover new opportunities and refine tactics for continuous improvement in rankings and sales.
  • Plan and execute region-specific strategies to Identify and capture new niches and audiences, analyzing competitor moves and adapting swiftly to maintain leadership in organic search across multiple markets.
  • Develop keyword clusters and on-page tactics, refine internal linking, metadata, and structured content for product detail and category pages, focusing on increasing traffic, conversions, and revenue.
  • Define clear SEO objectives and outcomes to align optimization efforts with business goals by setting measurable KPIs, forecasting potential results, and evaluating the overall impact on revenue.
  • Work closely with supply, content, localization, and product teams to integrate SEO requirements, ensuring cohesive deliverables that drive growth and meet project goals.
  • Track market trends and competitor strategies, monitor industry shifts, emerging SEO technologies, and changing consumer behaviors, adjusting tactics promptly to stay ahead in organic search performance.
  • Identify and resolve technical SEO challenges to optimize the on-page architecture, crawlability, and indexing; address performance issues to continuously increase rankings.
  • Stay informed and innovative to keep pace with the latest in SEO, e-commerce, and AI advancements, consistently refining strategies to maximize visibility and revenue across all target regions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of e-commerce SEO experience and proven track record in commercial, performance-focused SEO and multi-regional market expansion.
  • Mastery of structured data and multi-regional SEO and skilled in leveraging AI-driven tactics to increase visibility and adapt content for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in utilizing SEO and analytics tools like Google Search Console, MixPanel, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SimilarWeb, and similar platforms to identify and act on growth opportunities.
  • Expertise in strategic planning and goal setting with the ability to define clear SEO targets, forecast results, and measure impact against revenue objectives.
  • Innovative problem-solving and adaptiveness at addressing the complexities of multi-regional e-commerce with business-aligned, data-driven solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration with the capability to guide cross-functional teams on SEO best practices, ensuring cohesive, measurable outcomes.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and dedication to staying updated on SEO, e-commerce, and AI trends, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Experience in SEO testing with a demonstrated ability to refine strategies, optimize user acquisition, and align initiatives with broader business objectives.
