Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be key in supporting our clients who market in the Spanish language to attract the right audience. You will interact closely with clients to ensure their marketing needs and goals are understood and met. You'll work under the guidance of the COO and collaborate with a marketing team, helping devise and implement strategies that drive client success. Strong communication skills, budget management, attention to detail in content creation and quality assurance, and expertise in email marketing and marketing automation are crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact for the client team
  • Collaborate with the COO to support client relationships and ensure that their marketing needs and goals are effectively addressed.
  • Interact with clients to understand their business objectives and provide strategic input under the direction of the Account Director.
  • Assist in managing and mediating challenging conversations, advocating for client interests, and negotiating conflicting priorities.
  • Oversee and coordinate digital marketing campaigns across SEO, content creation, social media (organic and paid), and Google Ads.
  • Collaborate and implement email marketing campaigns, including creating automation workflows, segmenting audiences, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Understand and apply knowledge of the digital customer journey to enhance campaign effectiveness and client engagement.
  • Work with and manage a team of marketing coordinators to ensure timely and effective implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Execute and refine strategies to meet client goals, providing insights and adjustments as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, assisting in preparing reports and actionable insights for clients.
  • Utilize analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Reporting to track campaign performance, generate insights, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintain a tight focus on campaign budgets, ensuring all activities stay within the allocated budget while maximizing ROI.
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) on copy and creative assets to ensure they meet client standards and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the content creators and creative teams to develop engaging social media copy and blog content that aligns with client goals and enhances campaign performance, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and overall strategy.
  • Deliver customer projects and updates with timely and regular communication.
  • Identify potential problems and think several steps ahead to provide proactive solutions, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly on platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Language Skills: Fluent Spanish and English speaker.
  • Digital Marketing Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, content creation, social media, and Google Ads.
  • Proven experience managing projects in a digital marketing environment.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels like SEO, paid social, and YouTube advertising.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Trello or Asana.
  • Strong editing and quality assurance skills for reviewing written content.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or SEMRush.
  • Experience coordinating timelines and ensuring on-time project delivery.
  • Skilled in creating project reports and communicating updates.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to support clients and navigate expectations.
  • Ability to assist in developing and refining digital marketing strategies.
