Job Description
Position: Marketing Specialist/Coordinator
Location: Europe, Middle East

MetaWealth is looking for a young, creative, passionate and driven ROCKSTAR to join our team, an exceptionally talented marketer, a go-getter who is creative and experienced in building content from scratch, promoting our content, sourcing events and supporting events to get people talking about it, sharing it, and linking to it, build awareness, and understand the company as the preeminent global provider of tokenized real estate using blockchain.

Responsibilities
Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)
Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
Design and implement successful marketing campaigns
Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities
Track progress with Marketing Managers and/or Marketing Specialists
Identify and analyze competitors
Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data
Collaborate with the design department to produce promotional materials
Organize promotional activities for new products/services
Qualifications
3+ years of recent experience in event marketing, content marketing, social media content creation and social media management.
Proven track record of growing social media channels
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal).
Near-native fluency in written and spoken English.
Experience in managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, including what makes each social media platform unique or what makes a particular content format a better fit for some social platforms and not so much for others.
Know how to evaluate the quality of a social media image or the quality of a blog post.
Knowledge of image and video editing tools such as Canva or Veed.io for social media.
Organizational skills and high attention to detail are needed to effectively manage our social channels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using spreadsheets for data analysis, any other data visualization skills (like Google DataStudio) are a plus.
Comfortable gathering data and using KPIs for reporting content performance to the Marketing Manager
