Job Description

Location: Fully Remote

Type: Freelance (Ongoing Opportunity)

Hours: 20-30 hours per week, with potential growth to 30-40 hours per week

We transform LinkedIn profiles, develop compelling content offers, and manage LinkedIn accounts to drive qualified leads. Our unique approach combines personal storytelling with business insights to create impactful and evergreen lead generation strategies.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Marketing Strategist / Content Writer who excels in storytelling and has a knack for turning client narratives into captivating copy. The ideal candidate will leverage a formula of “Personal Story + Business Lesson = Content” to produce engaging marketing materials that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in kickoff calls with new clients to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Oversee and evaluate marketing strategies for multiple clients.
  • Create a range of content marketing deliverables, including but not limited to:
  • Emails
  • eBooks
  • LinkedIn Messages, InMails
  • LinkedIn Profiles, Company Pages, Status Updates, Newsletter Articles
  • Webinar and Video Series Scripts
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to refine and adjust marketing strategies as needed.
  • Work closely with the Director of Business Development and Client Strategy to ensure alignment with client goals and expectations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a digital agency environment.
  • Extensive copywriting experience, with a background in marketing.
  • Proven client-facing experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both strategic campaign development and social media content excellence.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a client-centered approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments and clients.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solver who adapts well to a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of personal accountability and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with your own equipment to complete the work.

Preferred Experience:

  • Proficiency using Google Suite
  • Experience with Basecamp
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn
