Job Description

We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join our North American team at Coral Club. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content for our marketing platforms, adapting content into Spanish and supporting our marketing team with local events and campaigns. Cultural knowledge of North and Latin American audiences is essential.

This is a fully Remote position. Candidates must be located in North or South America and should be available to work between EST and PST time zones. May be required to travel on occasion for local events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging, culturally relevant content for social media platforms in Spanish and English
  • Adapt and localize marketing materials (print, digital, website) for Hispanic and English speaking audiences
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms
  • Coordinate with translators to ensure accurate localization of global content
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns, including support for local events and sales initiatives
  • Develop and test marketing strategies to achieve market goals in North America
  • Organize and host webinars and live streams for Hispanic and English-speaking audiences
  • Implement and ensure consistency in marketing, product, and business materials for American markets
  • Ensure website content relevance and appeal for Hispanic and English speaking audiences in North America
  • Design visually appealing graphics and marketing materials using primarily Figma and Canva as needed
  • Work with Marketing Manager to develop effective and converting strategies to reach Latin American audiences within North America

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing and content management, preferably in multicultural or multinational environments
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
  • Strong design skills with experience using Figma and Canva
  • Proven experience in adapting content for different cultural contexts
  • Proficiency in social media management and content creation tools
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms, with the ability to launch and manage ad campaigns
  • Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and collaborate effectively across time zones
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
