Summary:

The Growth Analyst will play a key role in driving data-informed decision-making across the interdisciplinary Growth organization. This position will focus on analyzing user behavior, optimizing marketing and sales funnels, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Revenue Modeling and Forecasting
• • Develop and maintain dynamic revenue models to forecast growth based on customer behavior, market trends, and product performance.
  • Provide revenue projections for different pricing, product, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Partner with Finance and Product teams to align revenue assumptions with business objectives.
• Growth Strategy Development
• • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to design strategies that move our KPIs for each target business segment and stage of the funnel.
  • Develop predictive models to segment users and customers identifying high-value targets.
• Data Collection and Analysis
• • Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources (e.g., CRM, website analytics, user data).
  • Develop actionable insights from complex data to drive growth strategies.
• Performance Monitoring
• • Create and maintain dashboards to track KPIs such as user acquisition, activation, engagement, monetization, retention and upsell. 
  • Regularly report findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Market Research
• • Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging tools.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in the industry with 4+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or tech company.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and tools like Google Analytics or Heap.
• Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth.
• Familiarity with the developer ecosystem or experience with developer-focused products is preferred.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

• Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R
• Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs) such as Hightouch or experimentation platforms like Eppo or Statsig
• Familiarity with growth hacking strategies and frameworks
• Curiosity to unpack the “why” behind the numbers
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience working in an open-source, AI, or data science-oriented company

The US base salary range for this role is $127,500 ~ $189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.

Within the range, individual compensation is determined by various factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter will provide more specific details on the salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
