Job Description

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer who’s ready to take on a key role in shaping the user experience of a product used by thousands of enterprise users across the globe. You’ll join a fast-moving team where design truly drives product development — and where your ideas and work will have real, visible impact.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves simplifying complexity and wants to work in a modern, remote-first tech organization.

🏢 About the Company

Our client is a well-established, product-led B2B SaaS company with over 300 employees across Europe and North America. Their platform helps large organizations automate and improve internal processes like onboarding, compliance, and reporting — reducing manual work and increasing clarity across departments.

With strong recurring revenue, high customer retention, and a clear product vision, the company is now expanding its design and product development team to meet growing customer needs.

🎯 The Role

As a UX/UI Designer, you'll be embedded in one of the company’s core product teams, working alongside a Product Manager, developers, and another designer. You’ll have ownership of design initiatives from discovery to delivery, contributing directly to user flows, interaction design, and visual systems.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
  • Translate insights into user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Design high-fidelity UIs using Figma and contribute to the design system
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality implementation
  • Continuously iterate based on user feedback and product usage data

The stack/tools you'll work with:

  • Figma, FigJam
  • Storybook for component previews
  • Collaboration via Slack, Notion, and Linear

🙋‍♀️ Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who’s equally passionate about UX and visual design, who enjoys collaboration and clarity, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment where decisions are made quickly.

You should have:

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design
  • A strong portfolio showing real product work (ideally SaaS or dashboards)
  • Proficiency in Figma and modern component-based design
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams with developers and PMs
  • A user-first mindset and an ability to simplify complex flows
  • Bonus: experience in B2B or enterprise tools, and remote team collaboration

✨ Why Join?

  • Work with a design-mature, product-first company where your input matters
  • Be part of a modern remote team with high trust and autonomy
  • Get access to great tools, clear processes, and quick decision-making
  • Join a growing team with long-term opportunities and real ownership

Perks & benefits include:

  • Flexible remote work (within ±2–3h CET)
  • Annual personal development budget
  • Laptop and home office setup provided
  • 30 paid vacation days
  • Yearly team offsites in Europe
