What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for contracts and projects within the Model Based Enterprise Enablement team
  • Collaborate with the IT Product Owner to support all layers of the IT stack using DevOps practices
  • Manage system administration tasks including ticket management, escalation, and closure
  • Work with senior technical leaders to develop and implement solutions in a remote team environment
  • Utilize cloud hosting technologies and automation tools to enhance system performance

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • System administration experience, particularly in ticket management and issue resolution
  • Significant technical experience and ability to interact with senior technical leadership
  • Experience with DevOps practices and principles
  • Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Java, Python)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline automation and agile development methodologies

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with Cameo and/or Cameo Teamwork Cloud COTS software
  • Knowledge of model-based engineering or model-based systems engineering
  • Experience with AWS or similar cloud service providers, including formal certification
  • Demonstrated experience in managing applications in containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience implementing performance management strategies leveraging tools like Dynatrace
