Job Description
THE CHALLENGE
As a Senior Engineer, you will play a crucial role in architecting solutions, solving complex technical challenges, and leading initiatives to enhance privacy automation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence decision-making, and drive engineering excellence to create privacy-first solutions.
THE TEAM
YOU WILL

Lead the design and development of full-stack privacy solutions that automate compliance across various regulatory frameworks.

Architect and implement scalable, cloud-native applications while optimizing system performance.

Drive technical excellence by mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, and setting best practices.

Solve complex engineering challenges, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define privacy-focused engineering strategies.

Own the end-to-end development cycle, from ideation and design to deployment and monitoring.

Influence technology decisions and contribute to system design discussions.

Ensure Agile best practices, participate in sprint planning, and retrospectives, and continuously improve development workflows.
THE SKILLSET
- Technical Leadership & Problem-Solving – Ability to guide teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and design scalable architectures.
- Full-Stack Expertise – Proficiency in frontend (React, Javascript) and backend (Java, Python) development.
- Cloud & DevOps Mastery – Hands-on experience with AWS cloud architecture and components such as Lambda, SQS, ECS, API gateway, etc
- Microservices & API Design – Experience building high-performance APIs and integrating third-party compliance solutions.
- Database & Data Management – Expertise in SQL/NoSQL databases, data encryption, and governance best practices.
- Agile & Sprint Execution – Experience working in Agile environments with continuous iteration and CI/CD pipelines.
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Ability to work with Product, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure privacy compliance.
