Job Description

About Us

We’re an innovative Web3/AI startup revolutionizing project management and workflow automation. With a DevOps Engineer, a strong front-end and back-end dev team, a dedicated Product Manager, and a creative design group already on board, we’re looking for a Blockchain / Smart Contract Engineer to bring our on-chain logic to life. Join us and shape the future of decentralized collaboration!

Responsibilities

Smart Contract Development: Design, implement, and test secure, efficient Solidity (or Rust) contracts for our project management and token ecosystems.

Integration: Work closely with back-end engineers to ensure seamless interaction between off-chain services (e.g., AI modules) and on-chain data.

Security & Optimization: Write gas-efficient code, anticipate vulnerabilities, and collaborate with security specialists to conduct audits and remediate findings.

On-Chain Features: Integrate advanced functionalities like DIDs, zero-knowledge proofs (if applicable down the line), and token-based payment flows.

Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups with the Scrum Master, coordinate with front-end devs for contract interaction, and provide technical guidance to the wider team.

Qualifications

Required:

• Proven experience in Solidity (or Rust/Substrate) development.

• Strong knowledge of Ethereum or Layer-2 platforms (Arbitrum, Polygon).

• Familiarity with smart contract security best practices and common exploits (reentrancy, flash loan attacks, etc.).

• Experience with test frameworks like Hardhat, Foundry, or Truffle.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with OpenZeppelin libraries and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155).

• Previous work with ZK frameworks (zkSync, StarkNet) or privacy-focused solutions.

• Understanding of DevOps workflows, CI/CD, and blockchain node management.

What We Offer

• A collaborative startup environment with cross-functional teams already in place (PM, DevOps, Front-End, Back-End, Design).

• Opportunities to lead on-chain architecture and shape our future with advanced features.

Competitive compensation (salary + potential tokens/equity).

• A flexible, remote-friendly culture with a passion for learning and innovation.
