Job Description

Digis is seeking a skilled Senior Python Developer to join our remote team.

About the Project

A scalable AI-driven consumer app with thousands of users, delivering personalized recommendations through advanced AI models. It enhances user experience and automates decision-making. Currently in the growth phase, the focus is on scaling infrastructure, optimizing AI performance, and expanding features.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend services using Python (Django Framework).
  • Optimize PostgreSQL databases for performance and scalability.
  • Integrate AI models (OpenAI, ChatGPT, LLaMA) to enhance product features.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda).
  • Ensure API scalability and modular system development.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 6+ years of software development experience.
  • 4+ years working with Python (Django Framework).
  • 4+ years of experience with PostgreSQL.
  • Experience or willingness to work with AI models (OpenAI, ChatGPT, LLaMA).

Nice-to-Have

  • AI/ML model deployment and fine-tuning experience.
  • Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda).
  • DevOps knowledge and CI/CD pipeline experience.
  • Background in a product-based company.
