THE CHALLENGE

In today’s fast-paced digital landscape, delivering seamless, high-performance mobile experiences is key to user engagement. Our team is responsible for building and maintaining robust mobile applications that power our platform’s core functionalities. The challenge is to design, develop, and optimize scalable mobile solutions that work flawlessly across both React Native and native Android environments.

This role requires engineers who can balance performance, scalability, and user experience while thriving in a dynamic, sprint-driven environment. We’re looking for individuals who are not only technically adept but also passionate about creating intuitive, high-quality mobile applications.

THE TEAM:

The Mobile Team is a diverse group of engineers, product managers, and UX designers dedicated to building innovative mobile solutions. We collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our applications meet the highest standards of performance, security, and user satisfaction.

We work in an Agile environment, continuously iterating on our apps to meet evolving user needs and technological advancements. Our team values creativity, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence in every line of code.

THE ROLE

  • Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native and native Android technologies.
  • Build scalable, performant, and secure mobile solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Implement and maintain robust APIs to support mobile functionalities.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile best practices.
  • Continuously monitor and improve application performance, ensuring reliability and stability.

THE SKILLSET

  • Mobile Development Expertise – Strong proficiency in React Native and native Android (Kotlin/Java) development.
  • Full-Stack Knowledge – Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java) for end-to-end development.
  • Agile & Sprint Execution – Proven experience working in fast-paced Agile environments.
  • API & Microservices Development – Ability to design and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
  • Cloud & DevOps Exposure – Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines for mobile deployments.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills – Aptitude for debugging complex issues and optimizing performance.
  • UI/UX Sensibility – Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles for creating intuitive user experiences..
