Job Description

Your Role:

The  Lead IT Engineer/Core IT Engineer will be responsible for supporting the IT needs of Apollo’s rapidly expanding team. This role requires ensuring the efficient operation and integration of the company's diverse IT systems to meet the evolving demands of a dynamic workforce.

You should possess a deep understanding of automation tools and techniques to streamline IT processes and enhance overall productivity. Additionally, You should be proficient in developing and managing integrations across various departmental systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage IT department processes, including the deployment and support of software and SaaS applications.

  • Develop and test new automation workflows and system integrations.

  • Document new processes and any changes made to existing systems.

  • Assist in the selection, implementation, and maintenance of key IT systems, including cloud-based solutions such as HRIS and Identity Providers (IdP).

  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement technology solutions that meet their specific needs.

  • Support onboarding for users, including user accounts and hardware delivery. 

  • Support Apollo’s staff with hardware and software issues. 

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 7+ years of experience in a Lead IT Engineer/Service Desk Team Lead/Lead IT Support role.

  • IT experience in a mid-size or large tech company, including expertise in supporting SaaS applications.

  • Demonstrated ability to provide remote support across global locations.

  • Experience with iPaaS platforms such as Workato, Tray, or Zapier.

  • Advance IT Security experience and knowledge.  

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate technology solutions and make informed recommendations.

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

  • Coding skills in Python or Bash are a plus.
