Job Description
About Skittle Media
Skittle Media is a fast-growing B2B media platform focused on the farmer media space. Less than a year old, we provide news, thought leadership, events, training, and data-driven tools and insights. Our small team, based in the UK, primarily serves the US market. As we scale, we are seeking our first full-time no-code/low-code developer to help build and optimize internal tools and client-facing solutions.
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled No-Code/Low-Code Developer to join our team and lead the development of internal tools and external solutions for our clients. You will play a crucial role in building automated workflows, integrating platforms, and optimizing business processes using no-code/low-code technologies. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing media company and shape its technology capabilities from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain no-code/low-code applications for internal use and client-facing solutions.
- Automate workflows and integrate third-party platforms using tools such as Airtable, Make.com, and Voiceflow (open to other tools as needed).
- Collaborate with the team to understand business requirements and translate them into functional applications.
- Optimize and refine existing no-code/low-code processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for no-code/low-code implementations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in no-code/low-code development, ideally in a professional setting.
- Proficiency with Airtable, Make.com, Voiceflow, or similar tools.
- Experience in workflow automation and API integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Preferred: Background in content creation, media, or digital publishing.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a small, agile team.
- Time zone preference: Ability to work with at least 4-5 hours overlap with UK working hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of basic programming concepts (though coding is not required).
- Experience working with remote teams across multiple time zones.
