REQUIREMENTS:

  • Total experience 10+years.
  • Hands-on experience with Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Strong knowledge of Express.js and other Node.js frameworks.
  • Strong working experience with Microservices architecture.
  • Experience with RESTful API and GraphQL development.
  • Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and non-blocking I/O.
  • Build and manage serverless applications with AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
  • Integrate and manage data storage solutions with MongoDB, DynamoDB, and Amazon S3.Build and Integrate React applications.
  • Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
  • Proficient in designing and implementing microservices-based architectures.
  • Experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
  • Strong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols (e.g., JWT, OAuth, OAuth2).
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and serverless computing.
  • Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like Mocha, Jest, or Chai.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile development environment
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with business and technical stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Writing and reviewing great quality code
  • Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client’s needs in the context of the project
  • Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it
  • Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
  • Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
  • Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs
  • Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it
  • Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
  • Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
  • Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
  • Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken
  • Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.
