What You'll Be Doing:

• Building the Foundation: You'll be the driving force behind our back-end services, using your expert PHP and Laravel skills to create rock-solid foundations for our platform.
• Infrastructure Guardian: You'll be responsible for maintaining our infrastructure, optimizing performance, and ensuring our systems are secure. Think of yourself as the vigilant protector of our codebase.
• Data Maestro: You'll be working with MySQL databases, ensuring smooth data storage and retrieval. Your skill with data will help fuel our amazing user experience.
• Automation Architect: You'll implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring a seamless development and deployment process.
• API Builder: You’ll design and implement elegant and efficient RESTful APIs that will enable our applications to communicate effectively.
• Time Management Pro: You'll take ownership of your time and work closely with our Project Manager to meet exciting monthly milestones, knowing your time is yours to manage.
• Code Review Advocate: You'll review your teammates' code, sharing your knowledge and ensuring our code is clean, consistent, and high-quality.
• Team Collaborator: You'll collaborate closely with other amazing engineers, product managers, and designers to solve challenging problems and improve our products.
• Continuous Learner: You'll dive into our toolset (Jira, Slack, GitHub, Postman) and continue expanding your knowledge and skills.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Experience: You have at least 5 years of hands-on professional experience in back-end development - you've seen what works and what doesn't and have deep knowledge to apply (Not Mandatory)
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus, but your practical experience is what truly sets you apart (Not Mandatory)

Technical Expertise:

• You're a master of PHP Laravel, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• You're highly skilled with MySQL databases.
• You have experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and performance tuning.
• You understand how to design and implement RESTful APIs.
• You're fluent in English and can communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally.
• You’re detailed and thorough in your work, a critical thinker, and a strong team player.
• You can consistently deliver results within deadlines and with high accuracy.
• You're highly proficient with Git and platforms like GitHub.
