Product: AXON.AI – An inclusive mobile app for neurodiverse and physically disabled individuals

Commitment: Part-time with potential for full-time as the company grows

About Us:

DYSL.IO INC is a social impact company focused on developing innovative mobile apps that empower neurodiverse and physically disabled individuals. Our flagship product, AXON.AI, is designed to enhance accessibility, productivity, and daily life for users through cutting-edge AI-driven solutions.

AXON.AI is currently available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, operating under a freemium model to ensure accessibility while allowing for future scalability. Our mission is to create inclusive technology that genuinely improves the lives of neurodiverse individuals.

We are currently seeking a driven and passionate Technical Co-Founder (Developer) to join our mission and help scale AXON.AI to the next level. This opportunity is particularly well-suited for someone who is neurodivergent themselves or has firsthand experience with neurodivergence through family or professional exposure. An acute understanding of dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, ADD, ADHD, or autism will be a significant asset in helping shape our product to better serve our users.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for a strategic and entrepreneurial-minded individual with complementary skills to drive product development, business growth, and fundraising efforts. Ideally, you have expertise in one or more of the following areas:

Technical Leadership: Experience in AI, app development, machine learning, or UX/UI design.

Mobile App Development: Strong skills in developing mobile apps for both Android and iOS, including managing App Store and Google Play accounts and tracking user engagement, downloads, and analytics.

Business Development & Strategy: Strong background in startup scaling, fundraising, partnerships, and market expansion.

Marketing & Growth: Proficiency in user acquisition, community engagement, and brand positioning.

Healthcare & Accessibility: Experience in healthcare technology, accessibility-focused solutions, or disability advocacy.

Content Creation & Video Editing (Bonus): The ability to create engaging video content for marketing purposes would be a great advantage but is not required.

Website & Tech Management: Responsible for managing website updates, improving digital presence, and ensuring accessibility.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on product vision, strategy, and execution for AXON.AI.
  • Lead fundraising initiatives, including grant applications, investor pitches, and partnerships.
  • Develop and implement strategies for scaling the user base and driving revenue.
  • Oversee technical development or work closely with developers to enhance the app’s capabilities.
  • Manage iOS and Android developer accounts, ensuring compliance and updates.
  • Provide data insights on app downloads, user behavior, and analytics.
  • Maintain and update the company website for improved accessibility and engagement.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including disability advocacy groups, healthcare organizations, and policymakers.
  • Represent DYSL.IO INC in industry events, networking opportunities, and media engagements.

What We Offer:

  • Equity in the company – This is an equity-based position, meaning compensation will be in the form of ownership shares, with potential for a salary as the company grows.
  • A leadership role in a mission-driven company making a real-world impact.
  • Access to an expanding network of investors, mentors, and accelerator programs.
  • The opportunity to shape the future of accessibility-focused technology.

Who You Are:

  • A self-starter with a passion for social impact and accessibility.
  • A problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • A collaborative leader with strong communication and decision-making skills.
  • Ready to commit time and energy to a high-growth startup.
  • Neurodivergent individuals are strongly encouraged to apply! Your lived experience brings valuable insight and perspective to our mission, and we believe in creating a company that truly understands and represents the people we serve.

If you’re excited by the opportunity to build something transformative, we’d love to connect!
