Lead Cyber Engineer - Operational Technology
Due to customer demand and increasing maturity within our platform we have an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced cyber professional within the Operational Technology (OT) & Industrial Control Systems (ICS) sector - with expertise in both hacking and defending connected devices or embedded hardware - to join our Product team as Lead Cyber Engineer - Operational Technology .
If successful you will join our Cyber team working closely with our Senior Director of Cyber Threat Research and our Principal Cyber Engineers as we embark on this exciting new phase of product development within our market leading cyber resilience platform.
Your mission (if you choose to accept it) is to evolve and disrupt within the OT & ICS space by creating emulated environments within our platform that will simulate both hacking and defending connected devices in an engaging and intuitive way for our community.
You will be applying your expertise to create practical and theory content to gamify OT & ICS and make it engaging and fun for the end user. You'll shake up traditional training and teach complex concepts in an innovative way.

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

Researching OT & ICS, cybersecurity, technology and technical concepts to understand and translate to a non-technical audience across firms.

Work closely with our enterprise partners, clients and the community at a strategic level, gathering information to influence product development

Work with the Product Leadership to define a roadmap & build out a curriculum of content that our community can use to engage with ICS & OT in our platform

Collaborate with a dynamic team of cyber and software engineers to support you in the creation and delivery of this content

You will take complex concepts and teach them in a straightforward and engaging way to a varied audience via multi-format content utilizing various teaching methods; written, exercises, questions and gamification.

Use gamification and game creation to educate, 'telling stories' through technology - if you've created gamified e-learning material before then that's a bonus
You should apply if you have (we know it’s tough, but please try to avoid the confidence gap. You don’t have to match all the listed requirements exactly to be considered for this role):

Deep knowledge of OT, IoT or Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and a number of years of hands on experience with OT and ICS. You would also have a broader experience and background within another discipline of cyber security such as Red Teaming, Blue Teaming or Cloud Security

Able to think strategically and have commercial awareness around trends in the OT & ICS space

Clear decision making and able to work to deadlines - this will be a new product within our platform that will delight our customers

Clear, accurate and articulate English writing skills - you're confident presenting to and engaging with technical and non-tech audiences

Able to set technical direction and support others to achieve. You will be someone that can mentor and share knowledge to upksill those you collaborate within OT over time.

A proven collaborator you are able to work at pace in a dynamic team of cyber engineers, software engineers and product professionals to deliver our content roadmap
