Position Overview
NEOWIZ is seeking a QA Tester to join our growing team. This fully remote role will focus on conducting detailed game testing, tracking bugs, and supporting QA operations for our Western development studios. The QA Tester will work closely with the QA Lead, internal teams, and third-party developers to ensure our games meet the highest quality standards.
The role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for video game testing.
Responsibilities

[Game Testing & Bug Reporting]

Execute functional, compliance, and localization QA tests across PC and console platforms.

Identify, document, and track bugs, glitches, and performance issues.

Work closely with development teams to ensure timely bug fixes and issue resolution.

[QA Support & Collaboration]

Support build testing and validation, ensuring stable game versions for release.

Assist the QA Lead in daily test operations and reporting.

Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, bug reports, and test results.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall game quality.

[Compliance & Certification]

Support QA compliance testing for PlayStation, Xbox, and Steam.

Assist in preparing games for first-party certification and submission.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and QA methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for video games and game development.
- Ability to work in a remote team environment across multiple time zones.
- Good communication skills. Fluent English proficiency (spoken and written) is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PC and console game testing.
- Knowledge of QA automation tools and scripting is a plus.
- Understanding of game development pipelines and production processes.
