Role Connection To Business Strategy
This role is pivotal to driving growth in the US market by executing local strategies that build awareness, engage prospects, and accelerate pipeline. By delivering effective campaigns, events and ABM initiatives, you will contribute directly to increasing market share, converting high-value leads, and supporting FeedbackFruits' global growth objectives.
🎯 About The Job
Strategic Planning (30% of your time)
- Develop and execute a localized field marketing strategy that aligns with global marketing goals and initiatives while addressing the unique needs of the US market.
- Identify key market trends, key accounts, customer pain points and competitive dynamics to inform regional initiatives and messaging.
- Collaborate closely with US sales leadership to align events and campaigns with revenue goals and pipeline targets, ensuring marketing supports sales priorities.
Campaign Execution & Event Management (50% of your time)
- Plan and manage yearly regional US marketing plan with quarterly revisits focused on personalized initiatives on prioritized accounts, while ensuring alignment with the annual and quarterly strategic planning of global product, brand, and growth marketing objectives.
- Develop and execute the regional events and multi-channel campaigns tailored to the US market, including webinars, localized digital marketing, ABM initiatives and in-person initiatives such as events (eg EduCause, InstructureCon, OLC) and executive dinners. Ensure measurable outcomes, alignment with global marketing goals and effective use of global initiatives and materials.
- Work with global brand- and product marketing on compelling messaging and content production, such as case studies, blogs, e-books, booth and GTM collateral , so messaging reflects US-specific challenges and opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the US GTM team and regional event partnerships and sponsorships, enhancing brand- and product visibility and building meaningful industry connections.
Performance Tracking & Market Feedback (20% of your time)
- Track and report on key campaign and event metrics, including lead generation, MQL/SQL conversion rates, budget and ROI. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve performance.
- Act as the voice of the US market, gathering feedback on campaign effectiveness, account insights and competitive trends to refine global strategies.
- Regularly share results, learnings and opportunities for improvement with sales and global marketing teams to maintain alignment.
Your Experience
Scale-ups provide phenomenal learning and development opportunities, but sometimes it feels like you’re “building the plane while flying the plane.” You must thrive in such a climate and feel energized by taking ownership and showing initiative.
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, location, and other job-related factors. FeedbackFruits may offer additional compensation based on individual and company performance, including bonuses, equity, and benefits.
Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. The final compensation package will be determined through the interview process.
You Have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation or event management, preferably in a B2B tech or education sector.
- Proven success in executing regional events and campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and marketing automation and ABM tools (e.g., HubSpot), as well as customer service and success platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Custify).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in tracking KPIs and campaign performance metrics.
