About the Role: Product Marketing Partner
This is a full-time, remote role where you'll work side by side with the Founder to take Recruitment Backstage to the next level. While the Founder leads Product Delivery, you'll own Sales & Marketing, shaping and executing strategies to drive growth.
This is not a plug-and-play role. It’s a builder’s role.
No existing marketing team. No cookie-cutter strategies. Just full autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to create something impactful from scratch.
The first year? Experiment, iterate, and test - to find what works.
The second year? Scale, optimize, and expand - to amplify what works.

Key Responsibilities
As our Product Marketing Partner, you’ll:
✅ Develop and execute a short-, mid-, and long-term marketing strategy
✅ Define clear product positioning and brand messaging
✅ Refine target audience segmentation and engagement strategies
✅ Build and optimize sales & marketing funnels
✅ Create, analyse and refine email marketing initiatives
✅ Create a social media content plan aligned with the marketing strategy
✅ Identify and establish partnerships with affiliates and strategic partners
✅ Execute and iterate on growth initiatives to scale the business
✅ Build a community of expats in non-tech professions (sales, marketing, HR, operations, project mng, and others) within the tech industry

📍 Location Preference: We prefer candidates based in Barcelona for occasional in-person collaboration, but we’re open to remote work for the right candidate.

What We’re Looking For
🔹 5+ years of experience in product/growth marketing for a B2C digital product
🔹 Background in EdTech, education, e-learning, or subscription-based products is a plus
🔹 Proven track record of successfully growing a user base
🔹 Experience launching a start-up from 0 to EU/US markets
🔹 Passion for career development and personal growth - you believe in what we do
🔹 Prior experience in developing marketing initiatives on LinkedIn is a big plus
🔹 Prior experience in developing marketing initiatives on LinkedIn and background in SMM is a big plus
