We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager EMEA – Neurovascular (m/f/d) You will drive localized marketing strategies, lead product launches, and manage the product lifecycle across EMEA. Key tasks include market research, portfolio optimization, forecasting, and demand planning. You will create marketing materials, support sales teams, engage with KOLs, and develop event content—ensuring strategic growth and market success.

Main Responsibilities
Act as the key expert for the assigned therapy area, leading strategic marketing initiatives across EMEA.
Develop and implement localized marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and market needs.
Oversee product launches, lifecycle management, and pricing strategies to optimize market positioning and competitiveness.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and customer needs, informing go-to-market strategies.
Lead demand planning, strategic forecasting, and inventory management in coordination with local teams.
Create and execute impactful marketing campaigns, sales tools, and training programs to support sales effectiveness.
Manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), external agencies, and industry partners to enhance market engagement.
Plan and drive the development of EMEA-wide events, workshops, and educational initiatives to strengthen product awareness.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for continuous optimization.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and brand guidelines while collaborating cross-functionally to maintain consistency.
Provide mentorship and training to colleagues, fostering knowledge-sharing and professional development within the team.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; healthcare marketing expertise preferred.
5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within medical devices or healthcare industries.
Strong understanding of regional healthcare markets, reimbursement processes, and competitive landscapes.
Proven ability to manage multiple product launches, from concept to execution.
Exceptional communication, project management, and leadership skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and drive strategic decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Adaptability, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to driving innovation.
