Job Description

Axonify is the frontline enablement solution that’s science-backed and proven to maximize the potential of workforces. Our vision is to reinvent the frontline experience, and we thrive giving them what they need to learn, connect, and get things done.

Our SaaS platform is enjoyable, engaging, and easy to use, with an unprecedented 83% engagement rate. If you're looking for a meaningful product and a great company culture, let's talk!

Reporting to the Director, Marketing Programs, the Senior Industry Program Marketing Manager is responsible for generating predictable, qualified pipeline for the Axonify product. In this role, you will be directly accountable for the achievement of quarterly and annual pipeline and ARR targets within assigned industries. You’ll manage a marketing budget and lead industry programs, including setting strategy, developing forecasts, evaluating appropriate budget and channel mix, and measuring results and campaign ROI. With an understanding of our ICP, you’ll introduce innovative programs, campaigns, content and nurtures that drive awareness, consideration, and purchase intent across all channels.

You will also be responsible for industry-agnostic campaign activity across the entire customer lifecycle journey to support new logo acquisition, upsell, and expansion efforts. This includes supporting ABM initiatives, webinars, events, new SKU launches and more.
The impact you'll have:
  • Plan, manage and support the execution of full-funnel, cross-channel marketing programs to create demand, purchase intent and new business pipeline.
  • Manage all campaign requirements and work with internal teams and external partners to generate demand and pipeline.
  • Work closely with the product, event, customer and brand marketing teams to align campaign strategies with appropriate messaging and positioning to generate demand.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and BDR teams to understand pipeline needs, analyze campaign performance, share insights, and optimize messaging and assets for maximum impact.
  • Manage and optimize lead nurturing programs to improve conversion rates.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for pipeline creation, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to adjust targeting and messaging, develop testing strategies and improve campaign performance and ROI.
  • Continually evaluate the performance and cost of acquisition, adjusting demand generation tactics and strategies as necessary.
  • Define new policies and processes related to industry program marketing, and actively influence strategic decisions regarding program direction, budget allocation, and target audience selection.
  • Write all content aspects for industry programs, including but not limited to: website copy, brochures, white papers, case studies, email nurtures, social media posts, webinar scripts, and presentation materials (work with appropriate teams where necessary, but be the content owner).
  • Act as a subject matter expert in assigned industry verticals through comprehensive research, analysis of program performance, engagement with industry events and publications, and ongoing assessment of market trends and competitive landscapes to inform the development of targeted marketing strategies.
  • Own all aspects of industry projects and campaigns from initial outline and abstract development, through content creation and nurture sequence implementation, to A/B testing and lead generation optimization, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Be directly accountable for all aspects of projects and campaigns, focusing on filling the sales pipeline with qualified leads and contributing to the achievement of quarterly and annual pipeline and ARR targets.
  • Other duties as required
What you'll bring:
  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B Demand Generation or ABM, ideally within SaaS, with demonstrated experience achieving pipeline targets.
  • Prior experience in marketing to enterprise-level organizations is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of demand generation strategies, digital marketing, content creation, and lead nurturing.
  • Marketing and demand generation experience gained through post-secondary education, experience or a combination of both. Excellent grasp of driving conversions, interpreting data and analytics, and buying journeys.
  • Strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and can lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You are analytical by nature, loving to dig into the numbers and iterate and improve programs based on the data. You always strive for continuous improvement and want to continually raise the bar!
  • Highly motivated self-starter who works well independently as well as part of a team. You can manage your own projects and deadlines as well as collaborate with others across the organization to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Experience with the following or similar tools: 6sense, Marketo, Salesforce, Mutiny, Asana, Slack.
It's ok if your experience doesn't check every box! If you check off more than a few - great! We’d welcome a chance to get to know what you can bring, how you can add to our culture, and hear your unique story.
