Job Description: Growth Marketing Lead

We seek a skilled Growth Marketing professional to lead our digital marketing channels and drive significant growth by increasing sales and driving down customer acquisition costs over time.

As Growth Marketing Lead, you will develop and execute strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Your day-to-day tasks will revolve around running multiple campaigns across multiple channels simultaneously, data analysis, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Growth Marketing Lead job will be to:

  • Development, implementation, and management of end-to-end Paid Social (Meta / TikTok) & Paid Search campaigns;
  • Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM) and app SDK setup and management;
  • CRM (Hubspot) implementation and management (including all integrations and APIs)
  • All Conversion/Retargeting campaigns, including Email, Push Notification, In-app Notifications, Ads;
  • Data-driven decision-making, experimentation, conducting CAC/LTV analysis per channel, and implementing improvements based on A/B testing;
  • Working closely with the Communications, Business Development, and Product departments to ensure a unified approach to achieving corporate objectives;

Requirements

  • Manage and optimize marketing technology stack, including CRM platforms (HubSpot) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot).
  • Implement and maintain marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, and email nurture campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution, including UTM parameters, pixel integrations, and API connections across marketing platforms.
  • Develop and manage real-time performance dashboards using tools like Google Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar for data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze marketing campaign data to measure ROI, identify trends, and optimize performance.
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Define and refine lead qualification criteria in collaboration with sales teams to improve marketing-to-sales handoff and conversion rates.
  • Optimize the lead management process, ensuring smooth transitions from MQL to SQL with clear workflows and automation.
  • Enhance conversion rate optimization (CRO) across landing pages, paid media, and email campaigns through data-driven strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets and track spend allocation, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and campaign performance.
  • Support campaign execution with structured media planning, tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (growth, content, paid media) to streamline campaign operations and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations, maintaining best practices for data protection and opt-in strategies.
  • Maintain data hygiene and integrity in marketing databases, ensuring deduplication and proper segmentation.
  • Standardize reporting, taxonomy, and campaign structures across marketing teams to improve efficiency and scalability.

  • You are skilled in experimentation, and you’re knowledgeable in growth loops.
  • You have solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
  • You have a working knowledge (3+ years) of Google Ads and social media advertising.
  • You have strong analytical kills.
  • You see exciting marketing possibilities in new technologies and emerging trends.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of mobile performance marketing, trends, and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently, ensure business objectives are met, and be able to drive tasks to completion in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Both a self-starter and a team player with great energy, drive, and creativity.
  • Be curious, have a desire to learn, and master things by constantly experimenting.
  • Spotless communication skills in the languages needed for the market you’ll be assisting (English).
  • Ability to present ideas concisely, with a creative and strong writing style.
  • Ability to rely on data to enhance decision-making.

Compensation

  • Salary range: US$4,000/month + Quarterly commissions based on performance
