Job Description

We’re looking for a Program Manager to join our team on a 9 to 12-month contract and help us optimize data workflows and pipelines for marketing solutions. If you enjoy working with data, collaborating with different teams, and building efficient systems, this could be a great opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do

  • Design and develop scalable, efficient workflows to manage data effectively.
  • Ensure reliable ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to keep our data clean and accessible.
  • Work closely with data architects, analysts, and other key stakeholders to understand business needs and design smart data solutions.
  • Implement quality controls and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability, staying up to date with the latest industry trends.
  • Document best practices and processes to make data workflows easier to maintain and scale.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members—collaboration is key!
  • Ensure customer data security and confidentiality, always staying compliant with regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with remote teams, making use of the best tools to stay connected and productive.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or a similar role—ideally in a marketing or tech-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in DBT, SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Knime, and Python for designing and implementing data workflows.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA to track and manage tasks effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, warehousing, and database technologies (relational and non-relational).
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure and services like Snowflake, S3, or BigQuery.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data challenges.
  • Ability to work independently, juggle multiple tasks, and thrive in a remote environment.

If you love working with data, solving complex problems, and making a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!
