We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the growth and innovation of our AI-powered process automation solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding and enhancing our product portfolio, developing new AI-driven solutions that maximize customer value, and optimizing our existing offerings. Your work will directly contribute to delivering exceptional user experiences and measurable ROI for our customers. You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities by deeply understanding our customers, prospects, and partners. This means analyzing market trends, assessing competitive dynamics, and leveraging AI advancements to shape Zingtree’s product strategy.

Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of AI technologies, and experience in customer support, call centers, or process automation. You should be comfortable navigating a fast-paced, data-driven environment where strategic decision-making is backed by market insights and analytics.

What You'll Do
  • Innovate and Build: Play a key role in designing and developing new products and features that go beyond customer expectations, ensuring they deliver real value and a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with Engineering: Work closely with the Engineering team to bring innovative products to market, optimize existing features, and ensure smooth integration of enhancements.
  • Understand Our Customers: Deeply analyze Zingtree’s customer base, their needs, pain points, and behaviors to drive product decisions and strategic growth.
  • Develop Strategic Business Plans: Identify and evaluate new opportunities, crafting data-driven business plans that align with market needs and company objectives.
  • Engage Cross-Functionally: Work effectively with diverse teams—including sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success—to align goals and drive initiatives forward.
  • Gather and Apply Stakeholder Feedback: Actively listen to customers, partners, and internal teams to refine products and ensure we’re meeting market demands.
  • Stay Ahead of AI Trends: Keep up with the latest advancements in AI technology, identifying opportunities to incorporate cutting-edge innovations into our products.
  • Monitor Market and Competition: Continuously assess the competitive landscape, industry trends, and key market shifts to inform strategic decisions.
  • Make Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data, analytics, and research to validate assumptions, optimize performance, and guide critical business strategies.
Who You Are
  • Experience & Expertise: 5+ years in roles such as Product Manager or Technical Product Manager, with a strong track record of driving product success.
  • AI Enablement & Innovation: Proven experience in leveraging AI capabilities, coordinating data flows, optimizing business processes, managing workflows, and integrating systems to enhance product functionality.
  • Technical Execution & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work closely with engineering teams to execute product roadmaps, ensuring seamless development and delivery.
  • B2B Product Success: A history of developing, launching, and scaling successful B2B products, particularly in SaaS and enterprise environments.
  • AI & Machine Learning Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and modern machine learning techniques.
  • System Integrations: Hands-on experience integrating with CRMs, CCaaS platforms, and other enterprise systems to create seamless user experiences.
  • Customer Engagement & Communication: Ability to effectively present and demo products to customers in both pre-sales and post-sales settings.
  • Market & User Research: Experience owning user research, conducting competitive market analysis, and translating insights into strategic product decisions.
  • Detail-Oriented Execution: Strong focus on documentation, release management, and milestone tracking for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to align and collaborate across engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Business & Analytical Acumen: Strategic thinker with strong business instincts, data-driven decision-making skills, and technical fluency.
  • Industry Expertise: Deep experience in SaaS, Customer Support, and Call Center/Contact Center technologies is required; experience in Process Automation is a plus.
