YOUR POSITION IN OUR TEAM

  • Take product responsibility for our cloud-based software for financial services and feature development within a cross-functional team and ensure that our product always meets the needs of our customers

  • Be the master of the product backlog and prioritize your team's work independently, driving topics from requirements gathering to delivery and performing detailed analysis of existing and new features

  • Make sure that the platform transactions are translated into profitable factors and be the go-to-person for internal departments, our clients and your team, which you actively involve in the creation and implementation

  • Be responsible for fully digitized payment processing, analyzing all relevant KPIs and deriving optimization actions and making informed, data-driven decisions

  • Create, prioritize and refine the complex requirements and translate them into wireframes and mockups

YOUR PROFILE

  • At least 3 years of solid experience in product management in software development with technical products

  • Experience in working with interdisciplinary teams and interest in the role as an go-to-person between software and business as well as knowledge of banking, payments and financial processes, esp. SEPA based payments

  • You will to plan and develop features within a cross-functional and agile team of experts that create real added value for our customers and meet our high quality standards

  • Entrepreneurial thinking and an overview of all processes as well as the big picture to align the planning of individual features with the overall product vision

  • The ability to derive and implement data-driven decisions

  • Strong sense of personal responsibility and a confident appearance both in the development environment and at decision maker level, as well as excellent communication skills in English and ideally also in German
