Project Manager (Creative, Web & Marketing)

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Keeping all creative, marketing, and web projects on track — timelines, tasks, people, you name it.

• Living inside Asana — building timelines, assigning tasks, and making sure no deadline sneaks past.

• Collaborating with designers, marketers, developers, and stakeholders to get great work out the door.

• Understanding how brand, web, and marketing connect — and making sure the process stays smooth.

• Anticipating blockers and solving problems before they even show up.

• Keeping communication clear, friendly, and organized (without micromanaging).

• Managing multiple projects without breaking a sweat.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years experience managing projects in a creative agency, studio, or fast-moving creative environment.

• A solid grip on Asana — you’re the person who actually loves using project management tools.

• Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and web development processes.

• Proactive mindset — you don’t wait for instructions; you make things happen.

• Friendly, collaborative energy. You know how to keep the team focused without adding stress.

• Familiar with tools like Figma, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.

• Fluent in English — written and spoken.

• Experience working with creative, marketing, and development teams.
